Policy
30-day returns on eligible items. Easy process, no hassle.
Email hello@scuffed.clothing with your order number and reason for return. We will review and respond within 24 hours.
For approved returns, we will email a prepaid USPS return label (US orders only). International customers are responsible for return shipping.
Pack the item securely in its original packaging if possible and drop it off at any USPS location.
Once we receive and inspect the item (2-3 business days), your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.
We offer size exchanges on eligible items. Contact us within 30 days and we will process the exchange once the original item is received. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
